“I would like to compliment Ms Vivienne for her commitment and dedication. She listened patiently to my problems with my helper and advised me accordingly.

Eventually, I decided to renew the previous helper’s work permit as the new helper did not want to work in a two-storey house after two days. Ms Vivienne was on leave when the incident happened.

Regardless, she took responsibility to take my call and arranged for the helper to speak to the Indonesian agents the following day. I sincerely appreciate her efforts in trying to work out the best solution.

On another occasion, Ms Vivienne texted me on a Thursday at about 11 pm informing me that the insurance policy has been processed and I could proceed to the Embassy the next day.
